Language & Computer:

(a) (i) In the class KG, class I and II, the idea behind teaching will not be one of burdening the children with studies. Accordingly, there will be enough preparation and arrangement of games and pastimes to keep the students meaningfully busy.
(ii) The teachers will know variety of ways including drawing, painting, pottery, singing, recitation, story- telling conversation in English etc. to keep the children involved and also the teachers. Folk ways of spending time will be brought into class with the hue and color of modernity.
(iii) Studies and writing exercise which will fit to their chronological and mental age and maturity is imparted to them so that study is found be an act of joy and pleasure and the children grow curious to know more.

 (b) The methodology of teaching is adjusted with the change of the classes by making the students interested to read more and learn more.
(c) CIHS uses audio-visual equipments and other teaching aids as per need.
(d) The electronic sound system is also there in almost all the different rooms of the school building.

(e) Science Laboratories:

Chemistry, physics & Biology laboratories have already been equipped with necessary instruments and modern facilities.

(f) Information Linkage:

CIHS has already equipped itself with E-mail, Internet and such other latest technological facilities and established links with different schools and colleges abroad for exchanging and sharing academic and teaching matters.

(g)Computer:

There are 3 computer Laboratories equipped with 46 computers and a multimedia class room. There is also a provision of introducing all the students with elementary courses on computer.

Meeting the Distinguished Personalities:

As per arrangements, the distinguished personalities are invited to the school and the children meet them, put questions to them and talk with them.

Visits, Picnic, etc:

The students are as per arrangements, taken to particular places, sites and scenes of interests in and away from the city. Picnic and such other go-way like camping are also organized. The winner in different socio-literary and cultural competitions, are warded prizes in such functions. Scouts and Girl's Guide are formed with the secondary students and cub-scout, yellow birds with the primary students.
